Bob Pospick, MBA, PE
Bob has a wealth of practical experience in the consumer electronics, medical device, and education industries.
His areas of expertise include business strategy, product development, and operations management.
Mr. Pospick spent 25 years at Texas Instruments leading new market initiatives including responsibility for worldwide strategy for the company's handheld organizer, 1:1 educational computing, and educational software initiatives.
He is an authority on all aspects of the product development process, having successfully led numerous cross-functional teams in the development of award winning products. Bob's development expertise embraces all functions required to take a product from concept through production, and on to market launch. He has worked extensively in Asia and Europe working with suppliers and customers making business-level tradeoffs.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Pospick served as Vice President of Operations at Avazzia, Inc, a medical device company. Under his leadership, the business successfully overcame significant regulatory challenges including a voluntary medical device recall.
He has presented at numerous national & international educational technology conferences, and was a guest lecturer at Ohio State University.
Bob earned his B. S. in Engineering from Tulane University, graduating magna cum laude. He attended The University of Texas' McCombs School of Business, receiving his MBA with a focus on high tech marketing. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
Bob is a volunteer Scouter, serving as Scoutmaster of his troop, and has led young men on 7 national and international Jamborees during his 30 years of service. He sits on the board of directors of several Scouting organizations, and his recognitions include the Silver Beaver and Lon Sailers Excellence in Leadership awards.
